Are you an experienced organisational design and change professional looking to lead complex transformation programmes within a large, values-driven organisation?

We're partnering with a highly respected national organisation to recruit a senior Organisational Design & Change leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping future organisational structures, driving large-scale change and supporting the successful delivery of strategic transformation programmes.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing at executive level, leading organisation-wide change and combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Reporting into the senior HR leadership team, you'll lead the design and implementation of organisational change initiatives across a complex, multi-site environment.

Working closely with senior leaders, HR, Finance and transformation teams, you'll provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning and change management to ensure the organisation is structured for future success.

Leading end-to-end organisational design projects across multiple business areas.

Facilitating organisational design workshops with senior stakeholders to develop evidence-based solutions.

Using workforce data, analytics and benchmarking to inform design decisions.

Leading complex restructuring programmes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Developing communication and engagement plans that support colleagues through change.

Supporting leaders to build capability in organisational design and change management.

Managing multiple transformation projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, governance and delivery plans are achieved.

Building strong relationships across senior leadership teams, influencing decision making through data-driven insights.

Leading and developing HR colleagues within both direct and matrix management structures.

You'll be a highly credible organisational design specialist with significant experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations.

Extensive experience leading organisational design programmes from concept through to implementation.

Strong expertise in organisational design principles and translating theory into practical solutions.

Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and influencing executive-level decision making.

Strong project and programme management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
