Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of reward and performance processes across the UK.
  • Implement global reward frameworks locally, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulations.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on pay, promotions, hiring and retention decisions.
  • Manage annual pay review, bonus cycles and benefits programmes.
  • Conduct benchmarking and salary analysis to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Provide insights using reward data, including pay equity, performance and benefits uptake.
  • Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to deliver effective people solutions.
  • Monitor legislative changes and ensure reward programmes remain compliant.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Line manage and develop junior team members.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in reward and performance within a complex, multi-region organisation.
  • Strong track record of delivering reward cycles, benchmarking and benefits management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience advising senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and market pay practices.
  • Experience using reward or HR systems and compensation tools.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Degree or equivalent experience; relevant HR or reward qualification is desirable.
