Salary: Up to £100,000 base
Location: London – Hybrid Working (2 days office based per week)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

As a Senior Manager, you will lead client projects across a wide range of reward and performance topics. You'll play a key role in advising UK and international organisations on their reward strategy, incentive design, job architecture, regulatory compliance, and broader people-related challenges. In addition to technical delivery, you will support business development, team mentoring, and the evolution of new service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead reward consulting projects from scoping through to delivery
Design and develop engaging reward strategies, job architecture frameworks, and incentive plans
Advise on evolving regulatory topics such as EU Pay Transparency
Benchmark pay and benefits, and develop total reward solutions including wellbeing and recognition schemes
Build and maintain client relationships at a senior level, acting as a trusted advisor
Present findings to executive stakeholders and support decision-making
Contribute to internal capability building, mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge
Take ownership of commercial outcomes, proposals, and negotiations
Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging issues

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a reward-focused role within consultancy or a corporate HR setting
Strong technical knowledge of reward strategy, compensation frameworks, and market practices
Business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and grow client relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, analytical, and adaptable approach
Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others
