We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Recruiter to join our busy recruitment team on a 2-month contract , supporting a high-volume hiring programme across multiple business areas.
This is a fast-paced role where you will take ownership of a large vacancy portfolio, managing 40-50 live roles at any one time and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume portfolio of up to 50 vacancies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insight.
Proactively source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Drive recruitment activity to meet challenging hiring targets and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records within the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Essential Requirements Proven experience working within an in-house recruitment function.
Significant experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and large vacancy workloads.
Ability to manage 40-50 active vacancies simultaneously .
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
