Professional Qualifications Senior Manager (Learning & Development) Assignment length: 12 months Salary: paying up to £85,000 plus benefits. (Potentially open to some negotiation) Central London Hybrid working, 1 day in the office, the rest at home Ideally to start in January or February Oakleaf Partnership is representing a highly reputable, successful accountancy firm. They are seeking a Senior Manager to join their Professional Qualifications Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the development and management of professional qualifications within a dynamic and supportive environment with a People centric culture. What is the role: You will be responsible for maintaining the firm\’s duty of care, whilst enforcing professional qualifications policies. You will be developing and delivering internal training and inductions for Early in Career (EIC) students and representing the firm on various external groups. You will be managing and developing the professional qualifications team, including performance management of two direct reports and collaborating with HR and business units to provide ongoing care, coaching, and advice to EIC students. You will be ensuring timely provision of bonus and promotions data to HR, working with the Shared Service Centre to deliver seamless services to trainees and the business and designing and developing engaging apprenticeship programmes. You will also be developing procedures to drive team efficiencies, and advising on exam results supporting both students and partners. Skills and Experience To apply you must have the above experience as a Professional Qualifications Manager or Professional Development Manager. You must have experience working within the Professional Services sector Knowledge of professional qualifications such as ACA, CTA, ACCA, and CIMA is desirable.
