I am partnering with a leading international FMCG business, headquartered in West London, to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner.
This is a high-impact, strategic role supporting senior leadership teams across key business functions. You will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with commercial objectives, working closely with HR Centres of Excellence and global stakeholders to deliver industry-leading HR solutions.
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping and delivering people strategies that drive performance, transformation and long-term capability. You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, influencing decision-making while ensuring high-quality delivery across talent, performance, employee relations and organisational change.
Key responsibilities- Strategic HR & Business Partnering: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business and functional objectives. Partner with multiple leadership teams to deliver the HR People Strategy. Collaborate with global HQ on organisation design, senior talent and workforce planning.
- Talent & Succession: Oversee functional talent acquisition, development and retention strategies. Design and embed robust succession planning to future-proof leadership capability.
- Employee Relations & Governance: Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labour law and risk frameworks.
- Performance & Capability: Lead and evolve performance management frameworks and tools. Align performance metrics to business and functional goals.
- Transformation & Change: Drive organisational development and change initiatives locally and globally. Lead transformation projects aligned to people and business priorities.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Confident managing change, transformation and organisational design.
- Data-driven, strategic and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Collaborative, credible and values-led leadership style.
