A City of London based international trading firm now has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their forward thinking HR team. The business has 800+ employees in a variety of locations across the globe. This particular role will be supporting a trading population in the UK and several distribution offices in Europe and Asia.

The role itself will have a broad HRBP remit covering a multitude of areas such as:

  • Organisational design
  • Employee relations
  • Leadership coaching
  • Talent and succession planning
  • Risk management
  • Senior level stakeholder management
  • HR projects e.g. opening of new offices

We are looking for candidates who have, ideally, previous experience of working with a trading business and population. This will ensure that candidates have a deep understanding of the market, role and pressures as well as macroeconomic issues which affect performance.

Candidates will also need to be highly capable across a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, have high emotional intelligence, be commercially astute, and risk aware. A degree and CIPD will also be highly desired.
