I am recruiting on behalf of a large, multi-site prestigious school seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Advisor to lead HR support across several client groups.

This is a genuinely hands-on role, offering ownership of the full employee lifecycle from day-to-day HR administration and compliance through to employee relations and continuous improvement initiatives. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a visible impact while progressing your HR career, this role offers exactly that.

As the first point of contact for staff and managers, you\’ll advise on contracts, absence management, policies, and HR systems, while also supporting more complex employee relations matters. You\’ll play an important role in shaping HR processes and practices, contributing to projects such as reward benchmarking, policy development, and improvements to staff experience.

As the HR function continues to evolve, there will be scope for this role to grow, with increasing exposure to strategic and senior-level activity. This makes it an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking to take the next step in their career.
