We are partnering with a leading international organisation to find a talented Senior Compensation Analyst to join a high-performing global rewards team supporting employees across the UK and Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping compensation strategies, influencing business decisions, and supporting leaders on reward and workforce matters in a dynamic, international environment.
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver market-leading compensation solutions.
You will be responsible for analysing reward data, supporting annual compensation processes, conducting market benchmarking, and ensuring data integrity across HR You will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider people analytics initiatives, support reward programme development, and help drive continuous improvement across compensation processes and Responsibilities Support annual salary review and incentive programmes across multiple European markets.
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to inform pay decisions.
Partner with HR and recruitment teams to evaluate roles, support offer recommendations, and ensure market competitiveness.
Manage and analyse compensation survey submissions and results.
Maintain high standards of data quality and governance across HR, compensation, payroll, and benefits systems.
Create insightful reporting and analytics to support strategic workforce and reward decisions.
Educate and advise stakeholders on compensation principles, policies, and best practice.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience in compensation, rewards, finance, analytics, or a related discipline.
Both UK AND EU experience required Strong expertise in Excel, including modelling and large data set analysis.
Experience working with HR systems and reporting tools such as Workday and Power BI.
The ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach, strong commercial awareness, and a passion for continuous improvement.
