Β£350 - Β£425 per day + holiday pay

5 days onsite in Victoria (No flex unfortunately)

We're looking for an experienced Interim Global Reward & Benefits Manager to support a range of reward projects across a global organisation. The successful candidate will bring strong end-to-end reward and benefits experience, alongside hands-on Workday expertise, ideally within complex international environments.

Key areas of focus are likely to include:

  • EU Pay Transparency readiness
  • Annual compensation and bonus cycles
  • Pay equity and reward analytics
  • Reward process improvement and governance
  • Workday compensation configuration, reporting, and testing

We're looking for someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, partnering with HR, Finance, HRIS, and senior stakeholders to deliver multiple concurrent projects at pace.

Ideal experience:

  • Proven global reward & benefits experience
  • Strong Workday Compensation/HCM capability, this is essential.
  • Experience managing international reward projects
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
