What You\’ll Be Doing
* Supporting annual compensation processes, salary reviews, and market benchmarking
* Delivering insightful reward analytics to support business decisions
* Managing and integrating complex data with clarity and accuracy
* Collaborating across HR, including payroll, benefits, and systems teams
* Supporting the development and communication of reward initiatives
About You
* Around 3 years\’ experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics
* Strong Excel skills – confident handling and interpreting large data sets
* Commercially aware, proactive, and able to think critically and logically
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
