Location: London (Hybrid 2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £90,000

We are working in partnership with a prestigious and forward-thinking international firm to recruit an experienced and proactive Reward Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our client, a global organisation with a strong presence across Europe and APAC, is looking for a Reward Manager to support the Senior Reward Manager in both strategic and operational initiatives. The role will play a key part in enhancing reward processes, driving wellbeing initiatives, and developing data-led strategies that attract and retain top talent.

The Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence and shape reward strategy across multiple regions while managing and mentoring a growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of hands-on reward delivery, data analysis capability, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Reward Manager in developing and implementing compensation, benefits, and wellbeing strategies
  • Oversee UK flexible benefits enrolment and global benefits renewals
  • Drive automation and efficiency across reward processes
  • Lead key reward projects including research, analysis, and business case development
  • Manage and develop Reward Advisors and ensure effective day-to-day delivery
  • Enhance data analytics to support strategic decision-making
  • Communicate and promote reward and wellbeing policies across the business
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on reward-related matters

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Reward Manager role within a complex or matrix organisation (professional services experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits, including relevant legislation (e.g. pensions)
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience managing reward cycles such as annual salary reviews and benefits renewals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead change initiatives

Desirable:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Degree-level education
  • Experience working across EU and APAC regions
  • Exposure to HRIS/reward systems implementation
