Our client is looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join them ASAP for a 12 month maternity cover. The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Have a deep understanding of compensation & benefits
  • Oversee the management and communication of their benefits offering
  • Manage the end to end compensation process
  • Experience within projects (i.e. EU Pay transparency/gender pay gap)
  • Experince using WorkDay
