Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reward programmes, policies, and projects.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitive reward positioning.
- Design, review, and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long-term reward programmes.
- Manage and support the annual pay review process.
- Oversee employee benefits programmes, including pensions, healthcare, and other benefits offerings.
- Provide expert guidance to HR teams and business leaders on reward-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with UK reward legislation, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead the communication and promotion of reward initiatives across the organisation.
- Respond to reward-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align reward strategy with wider organisational goals.
- Optimise HR data processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Analyse people and reward data, producing meaningful insights and reports to support decision-making.
- Drive improvements to data management systems and streamline reporting processes.
About You
- Proven experience within a UK Reward role, ideally in a large-scale or corporate environment.
- Strong experience managing and reviewing UK employee benefits programmes.
- Experience conducting salary benchmarking and job evaluation exercises.
- Knowledge of UK employment law, reward regulations, and benefits legislation.
- Experience reviewing and managing incentive and bonus schemes.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively.
- A proactive, commercially focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
