Oakleaf are partnered with a leading financial services organisation to support them in their search for a Reward Analyst. This role will be based in Southampton and report into the Head of Compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Data and analytics for all annual compensation processes
- Support on the annual salary and incentive cycle
- Analysing compensation surveys
- Upkeep of Reward systems and trackers
Desired skills:
- Experience working within financial services would be ideal
- Understanding of WTW and McLagan compensation data
- Very strong Excel skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience
