£56,600 base salary

Remote working - 3 days travelling to various sites

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Oakleaf is proud to be partnering a growing business in their search for a regional HR Business Partner for their team. The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced HRBP who wants to be involved in everything from a People perspective. This role will support a growing client group of around 125 and will partner with 'Heads of' and the executive team members. This will be a true generalist role. Strong ER experience would be ideal, as well as an interest in HRIS and project work.

Candidate Profile

You will ideally have multi-site experience in a fast-paced operational business environment. Utilising data, you will be a true business partner to the business coaching and supporting line managers to deliver strategy. Ideally you will live in the Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire or Essex area to allow easy travel to sites.
