Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 3-6 month fixed-term contract based in Peterborough. This hands-on, operational role focuses on Employee Relations, handling complex ER cases end-to-end, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
You will provide expert guidance to managers on ER matters, support travel to London and West Drayton as required, and work four days per week onsite in Peterborough, collaborating with the HR team to maintain best practices.
