People and Culture Director

Location: Aldgate, 3x days in the office

Permanent, Full-time

Paying up to Β£110,000

As the People and Culture Director, you will lead people transformation initiatives, drive employee engagement, and implement cutting-edge HR technologies to enhance the employee experience. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will shape and integrate the people strategy with the overall business objectives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking people strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead DE&I programs to create a truly inclusive and diverse workplace
  • Drive employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives
  • Implement HR technologies and best practices to enhance employee experience
  • Partner with leadership to ensure a strong talent pipeline and succession planning
  • Foster a high-performance culture through leadership development and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership HR role
  • Experience within the facilities management industry
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
