Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a well-known retail brand, looking for a Payroll Specialist, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the BAU payrolls, and is on a hybrid basis consisting of 3 days per week, based in their central London office.
The Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Process, review and support the preparation of the monthly payrolls to ensure accuracy and completeness across UK & EMEA entities
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management for approval
- Manage all related duties involved with time, attendance and absence (and any other ad hoc payments) in line with current legislation
- Collating payroll data and assisting payroll provider with any queries
- Ensure accurate information is reported to the payroll provider
- Resolve any internal payroll queries
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- UK payroll experience is essential, EMEA is desirable
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
- Excellent communication skills
