Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a professional services firm, looking for a Payroll Co-Ordinator, on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will be responsible for the BAU of the UK entities, and is on a hybrid basis, based in their central London office.

The Payroll Co-Ordinator will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Calculating salary increases, back-pay, holiday, sick and maternity pay
  • Collate and process monthly overtime sheets
  • Maintain records for all employee payments eg. season tickets, cycle to work scheme, loans
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, HR and Finance
  • Resolving payroll related queries, dealing with access issues to payroll portal
  • Assisting with monthly payroll journal
  • Assisting with month end and year end duties

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years UK payroll experience, within a fast paced environment
  • Experience of ADP iHCM & Workday are beneficial
  • Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
  • Strong Excel ability
  • Excellent communication skills
