Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a retailer, who are looking for a Payroll Lead, on a 4 month FTC basis, (possible temp to perm option). This role will be responsible for leading payroll operations across their UK & EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, playing a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. This role is either on a remote or hybrid basis, based in their London office.

The Payroll Lead will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Manage end to end payroll delivery across UK & EMEA countries
  • Act as the subject matter expert for payroll
  • Contribute to the development of global payroll strategy
  • Manage and maintain high data integrity, producing accurate reporting, and enhancing system capability and workflows
  • Oversee end to end benefits administration
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, documentation, and systems

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience processing UK & EMEA payrolls
  • Strong knowledge of local tax, pension, and labour regulations across EMEA countries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
