Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor in East Riding, UK. This role focuses on identifying training needs for staff, ensuring compliance with mandatory training, and supporting apprentices throughout their training to achieve qualifications.

You will also collaborate with managers to develop and deliver training programs.
