An exciting opportunity has arisen at a growing investment management company which is looking to appoint their first Reward Manager. Reporting into the Head of People this position will be responsible for owning and developing a cohesive total reward strategy across the region as well as the opportunity to engage in high-impact projects. Key responsibilities include: Lead the annual salary, bonus, and promotion cycles, administer Carry & Coinvest schemes, and manage the Performance Share Plan. Stay updated on tax regulations, labour laws, and compliance requirements, and develop necessary reporting processes. Generate payroll and compensation reports, handle FTE queries, and carry out mandatory reporting for local authorities. Administer employee benefit schemes, benchmark benefits packages, and evaluate new proposals Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, manage third-party providers, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
