Payroll Consultant – 12 month FTC – London – Remote/ Hybrid – up to £65,000 per annum Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a well-known financial services firm, who are seeking a Payroll Consultant on a 12 month FTC basis. You will be assisting the current team with processing end to end UK & French payroll, while assisting with projects when required. The Payroll Consultant will have the following skills: Experience of processing UK & French payroll Deliver payroll within agreed SLA’s, ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls Manage shadow payrolls for expatriate employees Working closely with payroll providers as a third party, to help main relationships Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships Assist with the refinement of UK payroll controls and process documentation To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must: Minimum of 5 years UK payroll experience, financial services is desirable Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Be service driven, with a high accuracy and attention to detail Ability to organise and prioritise in a busy environment Must be commutable to London If you are interested in discussing this position in greater detail, please apply now.
