International Payroll Advisor – 6 month day rate – London – Hybrid – up to £210 per day Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a leading construction company, who are looking to expand their Payroll & Benefits function by adding a International Payroll Advisor. The role will be challenging yet exciting and offer new opportunities for growth. You will be assisting with EMEA payrolls, via outsourced vendors, on a hybrid basis, consisting of 1 day per week, in their London office. The International Payroll Advisor will be assisting/overseeing duties such as: Preparing of all payments, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes for the International payrolls, via outsourced vendors. Supporting and reviewing the monthly payroll and benefits activities of our mobile employees on temporary assignments for actual and shadow payrolls. Reconciling any discrepancies in each monthly process, escalating any discrepancies of payroll and benefits data to management or third parties. Being responsible for the document management processes for payrolls and benefits in your area.
