We are partnering with a large UK automotive retailer to recruit a talented Reward & Data Analyst. Milton Keynes - 2 days a week - 3 days WFH. Salary £50k-£60k doe.

Are you an experienced Reward professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for using data to drive business decisions? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering reward initiatives that attract, motivate, and retain high-performing talent across a complex, multi-site organisation.

Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will lead reward projects, provide expert insight and analysis, and ensure reward and benefits programmes remain competitive, compliant, and aligned to business objectives.
