Oakleaf is supporting a fast-growing, international business in the specialty insurance sector as they expand their in-house talent capability. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded researcher or talent professional to play a key role in shaping hiring strategy across broking and underwriting markets.

What you'll do:

  • Lead or support market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis across specialty insurance
  • Build target lists and detailed candidate insights for senior and niche hires
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end hiring activity
  • Produce clear, high-impact market intelligence for senior stakeholders
  • Track and maintain candidate pipelines and market data
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, appointments, and talent movements
