Talent Acquisition Lead
Perm role
£100-£120K base salary plus bonus
Remote role - travel to London monthly

Our client is a fast-growing boutique technology advisory firm supporting private equity investors and their portfolio companies.
We are partnering them in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to help scale the business through its next phase of growth.
This is a key strategic hire for the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will lead talent acquisition and resourcing for the business.
You will do this by having an excellent network of trusted recruitment partners as well as some direct hiring.
You will business partner leaders in the business to understand their hiring needs through workforce planning.
You will create an excellent candidate experience that is reflected through best practice.
Candidate Profile
You must be an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist who has a good understanding of the management consultancy business model and who combines strong operational delivery with commercial awareness and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You will have worked hiring talent globally and have an excellent network of partners who will support you hiring across the globe including the UJK, US, and EMEA.
You will have hired technology consultants at all levels including Partners.
You will know how to implement best in practice recruitment processes to create an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers.
You must have experience understanding consultant utilisation, project staffing, and workforce planning in a professional services context.
Experience in a high growth scale-up business supporting growth from around 50 to 200 employees as well as hiring a mixed workforce of permanent employees and contractors across international markets would be advantageous.
