Contract: 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract Are you an experienced in-house recruiter with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring experiences?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing People team and lead recruitment across a range of mid to senior-level positions.

The Role Working closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while attracting top talent into the business.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate and operational roles.

Lead the recruitment of mid to senior-level hires.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source and engage high-calibre talent through multiple channels.

Manage the interview process from briefing through to offer stage.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Work proactively to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organisation as an employer of choice.

Produce recruitment reporting and market insights for key stakeholders.

About You Previous experience recruiting mid and senior-level professionals in an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition role.

Experience within luxury retail, luxury hospitality or a premium customer-focused environment is essential.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.

A proactive, hands-on recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent sourcing, interviewing and candidate management skills.

Available to start at short notice or immediately.
