We are partnering with a fast-paced, global consumer business to recruit an experienced LMS Administrator to join their Talent & Learning team during an exciting period of transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new enterprise Learning Management System, while also acting as the interim owner of the existing platform.

Working closely with HR, IT, external vendors and key business stakeholders, you will lead the coordination, administration and optimisation of learning technologies that support employee development across the organisation.

This role would suit someone who combines strong LMS expertise with excellent project management skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The Role

  • LMS Implementation
  • Support the end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise LMS, ensuring a seamless transition and successful launch.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies in partnership with HR, IT and external vendors.
  • Translate business and learning requirements into scalable system configurations and processes.
  • Oversee content and data migration, ensuring accuracy and continuity.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution and launch readiness activities.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Maintain the stability of the current LMS throughout the transition period.
  • LMS Administration & Governance
  • Act as the primary system owner and administrator for the current LMS platform.
  • Establish governance processes including permissions, learning pathways, certifications and reporting structures.
  • Optimise the LMS to support onboarding, compliance, leadership development and skills-based learning.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritise enhancements and improve the learner experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity and scalability.
  • Learning Operations & Support
  • Manage day-to-day LMS activities including course uploads, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Act as the escalation point for more complex technical issues.
  • Create user guides, training materials and supporting documentation.
  • Support the wider Talent team in delivering engaging digital learning experiences.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Develop dashboards and reports to measure compliance, engagement and learning effectiveness.
  • Analyse learning data and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
  • Present recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • Previous experience administering and optimising enterprise Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience supporting LMS implementations or system migrations, ideally involving Oracle LMS.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of SCORM, x API, SSO, LMS integrations and HR systems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Compliance, Learning and wider business teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
