We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our global media organisation on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Supporting a client group of approximately 1,200 employees, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including close partnership with the Co-CEOs, to drive people strategy and manage complex employee relations matters. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role requiring strong ER expertise, sound judgement, and the ability to operate confidently at executive level.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner directly with the Co-CEOs and senior leadership teams to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters across a global, matrixed environment.
- Lead and manage complex, high-risk ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and exit processes.
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance across all regions.
- Coach and upskill leaders to confidently handle ER issues.
