We are partnering with a global organisation seeking a Global Talent Programme Manager to support the delivery and operational running of a portfolio of complex, global learning and talent programmes. This is a programme operations and delivery role, not a Talent Strategy, Learning Design or Organisational Development position. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys coordinating, organising and driving execution across multiple stakeholders, systems and regions to ensure programmes run smoothly, consistently and reliably at scale. You will sit at the centre of a global portfolio of talent and learning programmes, ensuring they are delivered effectively, tracked accurately and executed consistently across regions.
