Oakleaf have partnered with a renowned professional services firm to seek a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to drive talent development across a global platform. A key member of the global Learning & Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the professional growth of our talented workforce, spanning offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and North America.
What is the role
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for:

Talent Development Programmes

Manage and develop comprehensive learning programs for:

Junior Associates (up to 4 PQE)

Global Business Function teams
-
Trainees and Legal PAs
Design and deliver engaging skills training across multiple development initiatives
Update existing programmes based on training needs analysis and feedback
Regulatory Compliance

Ensure global compliance with:
-
Continuing Competence Regime for qualified lawyers
-
Compulsory regulatory training requirements
-
Anti-Money Laundering annual refreshers
Strategic Learning Initiatives

Implement Legal Apprenticeship programmes
-
Manage and maximize the Learning Management System

Build relationships with key stakeholders globally

Source and collaborate with external training providers
Programme Management

Oversee flagship development programmes including:

Business University for Junior Associates
-
Mastering Business Fundamentals (mini-MBA)

Senior Lawyers Induction
-
Future Leaders Programme
-
Partner Candidates’ Development Centre
-
Minimum 5 years’ Learning & Development experience in corporate environment
-
At least 2 years in an Advisor/Senior Advisor role

Experience in professional services (preferably legal sector)

Proven line management or supervisory experience, * Expert skills facilitator and trainer

Ability to design interactive and engaging training sessions

Confident communicator with senior internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in Learning Management Systems (preferably Cornerstone)

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Creative problem-solver with lateral thinking capabilities

Proactive self-starter with resilience and a can-do attitude
Desirable Qualifications

Degree and/or professional qualification (e.g., CIPD)
