Learning & Development Specialist – Luxury Retail
Central London | 3-4 Days in Office
Full-time or 3/4 days office – 1 day wfh
Salary up to £75k doe
Are you passionate about building impactful learning programmes from the ground up? Do you have experience leveraging the apprenticeship levy to drive capability and performance? We’re partnering with a prestigious luxury retail brand to find an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join their People team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact by shaping the L&D agenda from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
Design and implement a best-in-class L&D strategy tailored to a luxury retail environment.
Build scalable learning pathways across all levels of the business – from retail floor to HQ.
Maximise use of the apprenticeship levy, identifying providers and managing the end-to-end process.
Create and deliver engaging training materials and workshops aligned to business needs.
Partner with stakeholders across Retail, HR, and Operations to support leadership and capability development.
Track, analyse, and report on learning outcomes and ROI to continually improve programmes.
What I am looking for:
Proven experience in a Learning & Development role within the luxury retail or premium consumer space.
Strong working knowledge of the apprenticeship levy and how to optimise it effectively.
A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and confident starting from a blank page.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised with a passion for people development and innovation in learning.
