HRIS Consultant

We are urgently looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our client on an interim contract – starting ASAP.Key responsibilities include:Review, clean, and organise existing HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency ahead of upload.Upload employee records, organisational structures, and other HR information into Ceannze.Create and run HR reports from Ceannze, ensuring data is accurate, relevant, and presented in a clear, actionable format.Work with the HR team to identify reporting needs, select appropriate data sources, and develop user-friendly report templates.Build and document HR workflows in Ceannze to streamline processes and improve efficiency (e.g., onboarding, approvals, absence tracking).Collaborate with the HR team to verify data, clarify discrepancies, and ensure correct mapping to system fields.Identify and flag any data gaps or issues, and help resolve them in collaboration with HR.Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee information at all times.It is essential that you have experience using Ceannze.
