Overview

People Partner – Central London – Global Lifestyle & Sports Group – Salary £60K. I am delighted to be partnering with a family‑owned, global business that owns and operates a portfolio of well‑known lifestyle and sports brands. With an entrepreneurial mindset and an energising pace, this is an exciting opportunity for a People Partner who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, ever‑evolving environment – a business that thrives in what others might describe as chaos. You will need the confidence and gravitas to challenge, influence and push back with senior stakeholders, while building strong, trusted relationships across the organisation.

Responsibilities
