We\'re looking for an experienced HR Shared Service Administrator to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The Role
As HR Shared Service Administrator, you\'ll be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR administration across a range of activities, including:
- Preparing letters, contracts, and redundancy documentation
- Supporting the redundancy process, including running calculations and producing packs
- Managing first-tier HR queries (ER-related) and escalating where necessary
- Checking contracts and finalising costs
- Printing and sending out HR packs
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to managers and the wider HR team
This role is fully office-based, and you\'ll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations throughout the project.
About You
We\'re seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support. To be successful, you\'ll bring:
