Key responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end L&D and Campus Recruitment processes, working closely with stakeholders

Handle benefits queries and support enrolment processes

Oversee visa and immigration coordination with external providers

Support performance review cycles and employee lifecycle processes

Use applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) to streamline hiring activities

Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and special projects

What you\’ll bring:

5+ years\’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within financial or professional services
