I\’m recruiting on behalf of a wonderful non profit organisation that\’s making real impact in the world of science and innovation.

The London office is expanding fast. As you can imagine, recruitment is full steam ahead!

I am looking for a highly capable HR Coordinator to step into a critical role. Someone switched on, organised, and confident navigating the world of recruitment, HR administration, and employment legislation.

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment (posting ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews)

• Managing HR admin – contracts, RTW checks, onboarding/offboarding

• Advising on policy and employment legislation

• Being the go-to person for the London team on day-to-day HR queries

You\’ll be joining a kind, driven, and motivated team with 18 HR professionals globally, working closely with senior leadership in the UK. This is a standalone role in London, so it\’s ideal for someone who thrives with ownership and isn\’t afraid to ask questions or jump in.
