An excellent role is now available within a City of London based business specialising in Financial Services. The company are looking for a top class HR Business Partner who will support a UK/EU client group.
This position will be a generalist HRBP covering the entire employee lifecycle and liaising with the CoE’s on everything from Recruitment, ER, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Mobility, Change and projects. The successful candidate will maintain a strategic as well as operational partnership with both senior level stakeholders and HR colleagues. They will be a trusted advisor and counsel and will ultimately make a value add contribution to the client group and wider business.
We are looking for candidates that have previous HRBP experience within an international Financial Services business. Candidates will need to be excellent relationship builders with strong interpersonal skills, pragmatic and solutions focused, collegiate and team centric as well as having a HR focused qualification and degree.
This will be a superb role for candidates who meet the above criteria who want to build a successful career in one of the worlds most recognised and respected Financial Services businesses.
