Oakleaf are supporting a well-established, global investment management organisation in hiring a HR Business Partner for a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. This role partners with business areas across Europe, providing end-to-end HR support and helping drive people initiatives that support business performance. Sitting within a collaborative HR team, the position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad, generalist remit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of HR matters, with a focus on employee relations
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and processes
- Coordinate and support performance management cycles, including mid-year and year-end reviews
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and engagement
- Partner with internal teams to support recruitment activity
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Support employee engagement activity, including surveys, feedback sessions, and follow-up actions
- Assist with a range of ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
About You
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing a range of cases
- Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting HR projects and initiatives
