Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with strong consultation experience to support the business through a key transformation project.
Location and start
Location: Warrington, Cheshire β travel may be required
Start date: Immediate start
Responsibilities
- Deliver effective employee consultations relating to relocation, redeployment and redundancies
- Work closely with managers, employees and wider HR colleagues to ensure processes are carried out in line with employment law, company policy and best practice
- Travel to different sites as required
About you / Qualifications
- Proven experience of employee consultations in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, particularly around change management processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Experience within contact centres is an advantage
