We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy, professional HR team for an 8-week temporary role.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the full recruitment cycle: posting adverts, arranging interviews, completing onboarding.

Maintain employee records and update the HR system (HRIS).

Assist with payroll prep, pension submissions, and benefit admin.

Draft employment contracts, variation letters, and other HR documentation.

Manage new starter, probation, and leaver processes.

Attend HR meetings (e.g. disciplinaries) to take minutes.
About You:

Proven experience in HR administration, payroll, and recruitment support.

Confident using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
