A leading consultancy firm is seeking a hands-on Organisational Design specialist for a project near Heathrow. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience in organisational design, strong project management skills, and a solid HR background. This role demands the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and clearly articulate project steps.

The position offers £700 per day with an ASAP start and requires 3 days on-site work in a fast-paced environment for a contract of 6-12 months.
