Role Summary
This role reports to the Group HR Director and collaborates closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Company Secretariat functions. The Group Compensation Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing global reward, compensation, and benefits programmes. The role ensures reward strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with overall business objectives, while supporting employee engagement, performance, and talent retention.
Candidate Profile
Our client is looking to hire an experienced reward professional with a proven ability to design and deliver global total reward strategies aligned to business objectives. You will bring strong analytical capability, with expertise in market benchmarking, compensation planning, and managing salary, bonus, and incentive frameworks. You are confident working with senior stakeholders, supporting Compensation Committee activities, and acting as a trusted advisor on reward matters. A solid understanding of governance, compliance, and global mobility is essential. You are an effective communicator, able to engage and influence across all levels, and experienced in leading change initiatives, including transformation projects and system implementations. You will ideally have experience working in a PE backed business and have used Workday.
