We are partnering with a large UK automotive retailer to recruit a Graduate Reward & People Data Analyst to join their Reward and Data team. Working closely with the Head of Reward & Data, you'll gain exposure to reward strategy, employee benefits, HR analytics, and workforce reporting, helping to shape decisions that impact thousands of employees across the business. This role offers structured development, hands‑on experience, and the opportunity to build valuable expertise in two highly sought‑after specialisms: Reward and People Analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reward
    • Support the design, development, and implementation of reward frameworks, policies, and programmes.
    • Assist with salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
    • Provide analytical and administrative support for bonus schemes, incentive programmes, and reward initiatives.
    • Support the annual pay review process through data preparation, modelling, and analysis.
    • Assist in the management and review of employee benefits, including pensions, healthcare, and life assurance.
    • Help ensure reward activities align with UK legislation, governance requirements, and best practice.
    • Respond to reward‑related queries from HR teams and managers.
    • Support the communication and promotion of reward programmes across the business.
  • People Data & Analytics
    • Analyse HR and reward data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
    • Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and management information.
    • Support the development and maintenance of people metrics, including headcount, attrition, and pay reporting.
    • Work with tools such as Excel and Power BI to create meaningful insights and visualisations.
    • Help maintain the quality and integrity of HR data and reporting systems.
    • Support pay gap reporting and other regulatory reporting requirements.
    • Assist with analysing reward effectiveness, workforce trends, and people‑related business challenges.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and wider business teams to support data‑driven decision making.

About You

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Interest in Reward, HR Analytics, People Data, or Workforce Planning.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present information clearly.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
