Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a well-known financial services firm, who are seeking a French Payroll Consultant. You will be assisting the current team with processing the French payroll, therefore French payroll experience is essential for this role. This individual will assist with the day to day running of the payrolls, on a hybrid basis, consisting of 3 days per week in their London office.

The French Payroll Consultant will have the following skills:

  • Processing multiple monthly payrolls for France
  • Deliver payroll within agreed SLA's, ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation, internal policy, process and controls
  • Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships
  • Assist with the refinement of French payroll controls and process documentation

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:

  • A minimum of 2 years French Payroll experience
  • French speaker
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Be service driven with a high attention to detail
