EMEA Payroll Specialist – Permanent – London – Hybrid – up to £80,000 per annum Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a financial services firm, that are looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist, to join their payroll team. You will be assisting with the UK & EMEA payrolls, and will be responsible for accurate payroll processing and benefits administration. This role is on a hybrid basis, based in their Central London office The EMEA Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as: Preparing of all payments, including all statutory payments, pension contributions and benefit schemes, for the UK & EMEA regions Maintain compliant and accurate country specific payrolls Assist with the refinement of EMEA payroll controls and process documentation Provide comprehensive support to employees with payroll enquiries Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures Main point of contact for employees with benefit related queries Develop and implement best practices Assist with the management and development of key internal and external relationships Key Skills: Have a minimum of 5 years exposure of UK & EMEA payroll and benefits administration exposure Cloudpay exposure desirable Strong knowledge and thorough understanding of international laws and regulations involving payroll and benefits administration Analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving Excellent attention to detail If you are interested in discussing this position in greater detail, please apply now.
