We are currently partnering exclusively with a well-recognised media business who are looking for two Senior Learning Business Partners to lead the design and delivery of innovative learning strategies that empower people to perform at their best. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the organisation's learning and development agenda, partnering with leaders across the business to identify skills needs, deliver impactful learning programmes, and foster a culture of continuous growth.
What you will be doing:
- Partnering for impact: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identifying capability gaps and recommending targeted learning solutions.
- Designing engaging learning: Lead the creation and delivery of blended learning programmes that inspire and enable colleagues to thrive.
- Driving performance: Use data and insight to measure learning effectiveness, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable results.
- Leading a talented team of 12: Manage and develop a team of learning professionals, supporting their growth and success.
- Collaborating globally: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
- Championing change: Support organisational transformation through learning, equipping teams to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Managing resources wisely: Oversee budgets and vendor relationships to ensure value and quality across all learning activity.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels to deliver impactful L&D solutions.
- Strong leadership experience - ideally 3-5 years leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into practical outcomes.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, confident using data to shape decisions and measure success.
- Creative mindset and passion for designing engaging learning experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer and learner experience.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) desirable.
- Familiarity with modern learning technologies, including LMS and eLearning platforms, an advantage.
