Emerging Talent Acquisition Professional Role Overview Key Responsibilities: As our Emerging Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for: Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for early career programs, including apprenticeships and industrial placements Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from attraction and marketing to final selection and onboarding Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, external vendors, and internal stakeholders Delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting our diversity and inclusion objectives Project managing graduate hiring rounds and assessment centres Leveraging the Applicant Tracking System to ensure recruitment process compliance and data quality Educating hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, candidate care, and inclusive hiring Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate would be a dynamic professional who brings: Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in emerging talent or graduate recruitment Strong understanding of the EMEA talent acquisition landscape Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Project management capabilities and a proactive approach to achieving results A passion for building talent pipelines and enhancing employer branding Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Curiosity and drive to continuously evolve recruitment strategies If you’re an innovative talent acquisition professional ready to make a significant impact on our early careers strategy, we want to hear from you!
